‘The Oak’ is a mixed-use development situated on Waverley Road in East Malvern comprising 25 apartments, 5 townhouses, a two-level basement car park, and a ground floor dedicated to retail use.
Following the excavation of the site and removal of the fill, the three-storey apartment complex and two-storey townhouses were constructed. The predominantly precast concrete structure included elements of timber framing and pre-finished external PFC cladding, with the remainder of the façade made up of external glass and timber balustrades.
The top floor of the apartment complex features all two-bedroom residences. Each townhouse spans over two levels with the kitchen, powder room and living space on the ground floor, and two bedrooms with ensuites upstairs, and boast high-quality fixtures and fittings.
Externally, the coomplex is complete with paved areas, retaining walls and fences, and softened with landscaping.
