The top floor of the apartment complex features all two-bedroom units. The works included:
- Site excavation and removal of fill.
- Site preparation and construction of a two-level basement car parking, Ground Floor, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 apartments and construction of two storey townhouses with provision of associated services and application and connection to relevant authorities.
- Site preparation and construction of external terraces, tanks and retaining walls as well as landscaping and construction of fences.
The structure is mainly precast with elements of timber framing and pre-finished external PFC cladding, and the remainder of the façade is made up of external glass and timber balustrades.
