Located minutes away from Geelong and Ocean Grove in the suburb of Wallington, the Homestead Estate is now the largest Aged Care Facility in Victoria catering for up to 260 residents following the extension and refurbishment works.

The project, which was delivered under a design and construct GMP contract, was completed in two stages and involved the addition of 129 bedrooms across three buildings, as well as new facilities for residents and staff.

Aged Care and Integrated Health Hub Building

Stage 1 involved the construction of the Aged Care and Integrated Health Hub Building which includes 76 occupancy units, reception, lounge and dining areas, beauty salon, virtual reality cinema, medical centre, hydrotherapy pool, and external courtyards.

Homestead Lakes Building and The Homestead Building

Stage 2 involved the partial demolition and refurbishment of the existing “Homestead Lakes” and “The Homestead” buildings including 53 Occupancy Units.  External works including civil works, new carparking, landscaping, paving and fences, and site services were also undertaken as part of this stage.

We are proud to have successfully completed our largest Aged Care project to date with TLC Aged Care and all project consultants.
