Structural componentry includes an in-ground retention system comprising piling, bored piers, ground anchors, shotcrete capping beams and walls to form the basement car-park. Precast concrete panelling to form the central lift and fire stair, precast and off-form post tensions concrete to form the suspended slabs and structural steel to form the roof framing. The main façade elements will be a mix of feature selkirk cladding and exposed and painted pre-cast elements.
