The Design and Construct project involves the development of a new high-rise apartment building on Gheringhap Street in Geelong.
The building will include 89 accommodation units to be utilised as serviced apartments and residential dwellings; spanning across 16 levels inclusive of a 3-level basement carpark. Additionally, the complex will include retail premises, reception, offices and amenities for Quest staff, back of house amenities, a business lounge, a resident lounge and a gymnasium. The project also includes associated civil, site works, landscaping and site services.
