To meet growing demand, a new multi-level tower will be constructed to the south of the existing hotel, while it remains fully operational. The existing tower will undergo structural upgrades to support the extension, with corridor links ensuring seamless integration between the new and existing hotel wings. A three-storey concrete podium with essential services and 68 secure parking spaces will form the base for the eight-storey hotel tower above.
The development will introduce 134 modern hotel rooms, bringing the total to 243, alongside new guest amenities including a fully equipped gym, sauna and steam room, expanded conference and event spaces, and a restaurant and bar.
