Constructed for Assumption College, the new VET Hospitality Training Centre in Kilmore known as ‘Marlhes Restaurant’ provides students with a professional learning environment that covers every aspect of the restaurant business.
The facility features a custom designed commercial grade kitchen, cool room and freezer , bar and barista station, a fine dining area, and amenities to support the learning and development of VET Hospitality students.
